Our agents are available out of office hours, weekends and holiday times with a dedicated phone line transferred from the office to someone all the time. This way there is no missed opportunity to arrange an appointment and have your property successfully let. It also means that you or your tenant can make contact without being restricted to office hours.

Once we have successfully found you a tenant we then process the following:

• Application forms and tenant identity collected
• Guarantor forms collected
• Standing Orders implemented between the parties bank accounts
• Deposit and first months rent collected
  (all rents collected if we manage it)
• Lease agreements signed and witnessed
• Regular property inspections
  (if you want us to manage the property)
• Tenancy checkout inspection
• 24 hour contact availability for you, all prospective applicants and current tenants alike
