The extended management package offers a full range of experienced tradesmen to carry out immediate repairs thus insuring tenant satisfaction and landlord peace of mind, that everything that can occur is dealt with completely.
Quarterly checks on premises, the constant contact with tenants and having us available 24/7 for any issues makes us leaders in customer care.
We collect all rents monthly by BACS and transfer to landlords along with a statement detailing any deductions and if necessary an accompanied invoice from the tradesperson and not ourselves to show costs and works carried out without any bolt ons.
Our packages are fixed and not percentage based on annual rental income on a property. We believe to look after one house is no different than another irrespective of the money it generates for the homeowner.
